The Board and the Audit Committee
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania is the institution implementing the rights and obligations as the Company's owner. The State owns 100% of the Company's shares. The Company is managed by its Board and Chief Executive Officer. The Board also performs the functions of the Remuneration Committee. The Company has no registered branches or representative offices.
A new board was appointed on May 27, 2022.
The remuneration policy, which includes the principles of board members' remuneration, was approved by the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania "On the remuneration of the members of the board and committees of the JSC "Kelių priežiūra"" (No. 3-535). It went into effect on December 1, 2022.
