Chief Executive Officer

Since 8 January 2024, Dr. Audrius Vaitkus has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was appointed to this position for a five-year term by the decision of the Board on 21 December 2023.

Dr. Audrius Vaitkus has gained extensive managerial experience as the Director of the Road Research Institute at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH), as Chairman of the Council of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering, as a member of the University Senate, and as a member of both the Executive and later the Supervisory Committee of the Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories (FEHRL). He also actively contributed as a member of the Company’s Board (from 18 October 2018 to 21 December 2023). In addition, he has enhanced his leadership competencies through participation in top-level executive development programmes.

Dr. Vaitkus has also accumulated substantial professional experience in the field of road engineering, having led expert groups that prepared more than 30 regulatory technical documents for the construction sector.
